Cancellations
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, please note the following regarding order cancellations:
(a) Emese reserves the right to cancel an order after it has been accepted if required due to supply shortages.
(b) Cancellation requests after acceptance of an order will only be considered with Emese consent.
(c) We will not approve cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for ex-rental products, clearance items, or goods that have been customised, (including art work).
Returns and Refunds
Please carefully review your order before finalising your purchase. Rest assured, we offer a 21 day return and refund (minus delivery fees) for non-custom products. (Art not included). Conditions Apply.
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality and control team will inspect the returned goods. The item must have the proof of purchase receipt, be in original packaging and unused in order for us to accept and issue the refund.
Defective Goods
It is essential to inspect goods upon delivery and report any defects as soon as possible. Notify the Emese Care Team using the contact details provided below. We are not liable for defects unless reported within a reasonable time frame of 21 days from delivery. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
